What you need to know

  1. The moratorium includes three months deferred payments of electricity bill for April-June 2020
  2. To qualify you must show proof of financial impact due to the economic fallout of COVID-19
  3. The next payment due will be for March’s bill which must be paid on or before July 2020
  4. If possible, customers are encouraged to make a payment during April-June 2020
  5. After the moratorium ends, customers must make arrangements with SKELEC to bring their account up to date

How do I prove financial impact?

  1. Letter confirming such impact including layoff in tourism sector or any other sector affected by COVID-19
  2. Busines license or documentation proving self-employment within the touriams sector or any other affected sector

How do I apply?

  1. Log on to skelec.kn
  2. Enter name, account number and upload the documentation to prove eligibility
  3. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service Department at 465-2000
